Kinda newbie to the whole custom ROM world. I was recently given a NEXUS 9 that was unwanted. The device worked fine, just had a very old Cyanogenmod build. I updated it to the latest TWRP (3.3.1.0) and loaded lineage-16.0-20180812. The OS load fine but the touchscreen is unresponsive. I can't "unlock" the screen by swiping. No errors during install and I can still ADB and fastboot. Tried rebooting a number of times and went though the process to reflash..no luck. Any suggestions...
